Clients at the drop in service are given a short assessment interview lasting no longer than 15 minutes. They may then be an offered an appointment with a generalist or specialist adviser.

St. Mary's Parish Centre has wheelchair access and includes a ramp to double entrance doors to the main building. A portable induction loop system is available to assist the hard of hearing by transmitting sound from a clipboard microphone directly to the hearing aid.

A solicitor's rota operates on alternate Thursdays and specialist debt advice is also available. However in the first instance you will normally be interviewed by a general adviser who will discuss your enquiry and determine whether a specialist referral is necessary.
