Due to the current economic climate, we are experiencing a huge increase in client enquiries with a corresponding increase in waiting times. We ask you to be patient and recommend that you arrive early if attending a drop in service; we also ask for your understanding if we are sometimes slow to answer our phones. Out of respect for our clients, our advisers are under strict instructions not to take phone calls when they are in conversation with a client.

Please also note that drop in services operate on a first come, first served basis
and on busy days we may not be able to see all clients.
