Loughton Library is in front of the Traps Hill pay & display car park. Take the stairs or the lift to the first floor, walk through the open area into the library itself, and you'll find our waiting area on your left.

Drop-in clients are given a short assessment interview lasting no longer than 15 minutes. They may then be an offered an appointment with a generalist or specialist adviser.

A solicitor's rota operates on alternate Thursdays and specialist debt advice is also available. However in the first instance you will normally be interviewed by a general adviser who will discuss your enquiry and determine whether a specialist referral is necessary.
